The admission policy of A’ksent Suisse Academy International School is by nature inclusive as we aim to support students according to their individual inclinations and talents.
The admission requirement is for an understanding of the English language of at least B2, which can be achieved by attending a private in-house course.
With regard to previous schooling, the only requirement is that the student has completed the first eight years of schooling by fulfilling the prerequisites specified in a particular course or equivalent. It is required that the grades of the previous 2 school years are good for high-level subjects and satisfactory for standard-level subjects.
In the case of specific deficiencies, if the student already attends our school, the teachers may request specific courses to be taken in the summer term prior to the start of the course in order to achieve the desired grades, previously assessed by a test.
Priority for admission will be given to students who communicate their decision to attend A’ksent Suisse Academy International School by February.
During the admission procedure, the student will undergo an interview with the school counsellor who will help him/her select the disciplines of his/her personalised educational pathway.
Enrolments for the A’ksent Suisse Academy International School are accepted from 7 January until 15 May of each school year.
Respects the British calendar. The school year is divided into three terms and lessons can be taken in presence, online and virtual to meet everyone’s needs.
In July and August, students with special needs will be able to take customised lessons.
British (International) General Certificate of Educational Advance Level Cambridge Pathway preparation examinations are held in May/June and October/November each year.
The school is always open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
